Both the patient and the caregiver MUST present their identification at the time of registration.
Documents from the hospital is an additional requirement. We wish all our patients fast recovery to regain their health. We expect them to abide to our policies and help us to keep the facility clean.
Important Rules:
No Alcohol, smoking or chewing betel leaves while staying in the facility.
Caregivers must ask for permission if they need to go out leaving their patients in the rooms.
Nobody can leave the premises after 8PM without permission.
One patient can keep only one caregiver in the room.
Visitors are not allowed after 8 PM.
Any Patient who requires to stay in the facility for more than three weeks, should provide a letter from the doctor that he/she is in need of further treatments.
